Program on track to house all homeless people in downtown Atlanta by FIFA World Cup

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A homeless program in downtown Atlanta that aims to place all unhoused people into stable housing by June is getting closer to its goal.

According to partner agency, Partners for Home, so far, Downtown Rising has placed more than 450 people who were homeless in stable housing.

The goal is to have everyone housed by the World Cup in June, less than two months away…
