Just before sunrise on Sunday, a man ended up in an Atlanta hospital after being shot in the arm along Moreland Avenue SW, in what police say started as a dispute with his alleged girlfriend.
The shooting took place shortly before 2 a.m. in the 200 block of Moreland Avenue SW, near a Texaco gas station, according to Atlanta News First. Officers arrived to find the man with a gunshot wound to his arm. He was described as alert and breathing when medics took him to a hospital, the outlet reported.

This stretch of Moreland Avenue has been here before. In recent months it has seen both deadly and nonfatal gunfire, including a late-March killing near a gas station, detailed in a late-March slaying.
