ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A café on Indian Trail Road in Gwinnett County struggled on its last surprise health inspection.
Café Hot Wing in Lilburn failed on Tuesday with 54 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says ground beef, chicken and rice were at unsafe temperatures, raw fish was stored above ready-to-eat French fries and there was a large accumulation of dead insects in traps.
