ATLANTA — For years, people in Atlanta’s West End say Terrance Cobbs could be found sitting on the same bench along Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard — reading, praying and greeting neighbors who passed by each day.
Now, flowers and messages surround that bench after Atlanta police say Cobbs was hit and killed while sitting on it.
