NEW ELLENTON, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A week after a man allegedly impersonating law enforcement tried to kidnap a teenage girl in Aiken County, we’re looking at how a truck driver’s quick thinking stopped what could have been a tragedy.
Anthony Moore says he spotted what looked like a couple arguing — until he watched the suspect’s vehicle pursue the girl as she ran through a grassy area near a restricted fence line.
That’s when he realized someone was trying to hurt her…
