AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A proposed plea agreement for a former Augusta University faculty member, who is charged with child molestation, was not accepted in court, officials say.
District Attorney Jared Williams said Carl Purdy, 66, faces a three-count indictment for child molestation involving two victims under the age of 16, records say.
