GROVETOWN, Ga. (WJBF) – Following Tuesday night’s water main break in Grovetown, a boil water advisory has been issued.
City officials encourage residents to flush their outside lines first by running the water at outdoor spigots until it runs clear and then running cold water indoors until it starts to run clear as well; avoid running hot water until cold water is clear.The City is also issuing a boil water advisory for the following areas:
- Newmantown Rd.
- VFW Rd.
- Hardy Dr.
- Railroad Ave.
- Lakeview Dr.
- Woodland Rd.
- Liberty Hills subdivision
- Rivercrest Townhomes
