AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Augusta Regional Airport is expanding its security screening capacity and adding a new hangar as part of ongoing construction projects.
Airport officials said they plan to complete the TSA checkpoint expansion before the Masters Tournament, the airport’s peak travel period. The project will also provide additional capacity for potential new airlines and increased traffic.
