AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A man charged in a deadly 2023 crash is was sentenced on Thursday morning.
Freddie Smith was charged with felony homicide by vehicle, reckless driving and serious injury by vehicle that claimed the life of an Aiken County teacher.
