NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) — A proposed 500-home subdivision off Gregory Lake Road is on hold after North Augusta Planning Commission members raised safety concerns.
“I don’t support any new residential development in the City of North until we revisit our development code to add in green buffer spaces and more consideration for preserving trees and putting in mass grading and taking care of our wildlife,” North Augusta City Councilman Dennis Briatico said.
