AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A local nonprofit is holding a coat drive to make sure children in need have one before cooler weather arrives.
Carolyn Wilson founded Lifting Spirits Mentoring Services in 2018.
“You have your parents that are often involved in your life, but outside of your parents, you want to know that you do have somebody else that you can depend on if they are not fortunate to provide those things that children often need,” Wilson said.
