AUGUSTA, GA (WJBF) – For ten years, Patty Galvan Proctor and her family have been cooking up not only authentic Mexican food, but also a first for this area.
She says, “we wanted the restaurant to be more authentic style like something you eat at your Mom’s house and your grandma’s house and that was something at the time that wasn’t really provided in the area. We were like, “let’s go for it and do more of an authentic Mexican style restaurant. Let’s see where it takes us.”
What started as a small restaurant has expanded into something big for the family and area residents…
