AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) — At just 14 years old, Glennique Humes is already running her own business.
“I had my own lemonade stand and I was also selling accessories, but then I learned how to make treats earlier this year,” Glennique said. “And when I learned how to make that, I just kept going.”
Glennique is the owner and creator of Sprinkles by Glennique, a small-batch sweet treats business that she has actively run since she was just 7 years old. She eventually asked The Book Tavern’s owner if she could set up a pop-up shop. What started as a pop-up every other Saturday during the summer is now happening every Saturday.
