AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – In the aftermath of a local 13-year-old’s death, we’ve learned there’s been a sharp increase in youth injuries on electric mopeds, scooters, dirt bikes and motorcycles.
Kenneth Faile-Hood, an eighth-grader at Harlem Middle School, died Tuesday night in an electric dirt-bike crash on Appling Harlem Road. He hit a tree limb on the shoulder and was thrown from the vehicle, according to authorities.
