AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – Friends of the Animal Shelter and the SPCA Albrecht Center are waiving dog adoption fees from Friday through Sept. 30 as part of the nationwide Empty the Shelters event.
FOTAS is located on Wire Road, and the SPCA Albrecht Center is located on Willow Run Road.
