ATLANTA, (WRDW/WAGT) – Georgia Power struck a deal with Google for the tech giant to help fund upgrades at Plant Vogtle and the state’s other nuclear generating plant.
The utility says this will bring hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for customers even as Google builds a wave of data centers, including in Columbia County.
