COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – On September 22nd at 7:16 PM, Columbia County Deputies responded to Washington Road at Hightower Drive in Martinez for an accident involving a vehicle and electric bicycle.
Authorities said that the bicyclist, 64-year-old Sam Dees, was lying on the ground in the roadway.
