AIKEN S.C. (WACH) — Jared Graham, 22, of Sumter, was charged after an Aiken Department of Public Safety Officer was shot at in June, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division announced Friday.
Authorities charged Graham with breach of the peace of a high and aggravated nature and assault and battery in the first degree on Wednesday.
