HEPHZIBAH, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A counselor at McBean Elementary School is accused of using a parent’s bank account information to pay her own electric bill, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Latrina Mitchell, 52, was arrested and charged with financial transaction card fraud, following an incident report.
