AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an attempted bank robbery that happened Tuesday afternoon on Peach Orchard Rd.
Shortly after 3 p.m., deputies responded to the 2800 block of Peach Orchard Rd. for a call of an attempted bank robbery. When they arrived, deputies were told no one was hurt and suspect had already fled the scene.
