AIKEN COUNTY, S.C (WACH) – An Aiken teenager is dead after a single-car crash Wednesday morning on Green Pond Road, according to the Aiken Count Coroner’s Office. Emily Heath, 18, was driving at 2007 Mercury SUV north on Green Pond Road at Modoc Lane just before 10 a.m. when the vehicle crossed the centerline, overcorrected, and traveled off the right side of the roadway, and struck a tree.
