AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) — Phi Chi Chapter, Inc. of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. and several other organizations will host a Heart Truth Conference (A Red Dress Affair) on February 3. The event will be held at the Good Shepherd Baptist Church from 8 a.m. -12 noon.
The event will feature several speakers addressing cardiovascular diseases, with a special emphasis on women’s symptoms. It will include the distribution of scholarships to deserving nursing students.
Registration for the event is required, and though it is free, it is limited to the first hundred participants on Zoom.
