What made you want to get into owning a restaurant? What inspired that?
Oh, just my passion for food. I love to eat. (Laughs) My wife and I love breakfast food as well. So, we used to go to Waffle House all the time at night. So, we figured, “Why not make our own?”
How did you come up with the name of your restaurant? What made you call this place The Brunch House of Augusta? We tried to think of a name that incorporates who we are. So, when we thought about different restaurant names, what they really stand for what we are? So, we thought The Brunch House; like with Waffle House, you know you’re going to get Waffles. So, with the Brunch House, you know you’re going to get brunch.
