WARRENVILLE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured one person last year outside a bar in Warrenville. Devron Duncan, 31, of Belvedere, was arrested Wednesday on charges including pointing and presenting a firearm at a person, accessory after the fact of a felony and possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of a violent felony, according to jail records.
