EMANUEL COUNTY, Ga. – UPDATE: Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office says the man believed to have run over a 5-year-old child has been located and taken into custody. Deputies with the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a man they say ran over a 5-year-old in his pickup truck and fled the scene.
