AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – A former North Augusta Department of Public Safety Officer has been charged by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
According to SLED, Christopher Ryan Wilson, 23, was charged on Friday, February 2nd.

Authorities say Wilson held a position of authority at North Augusta High School, and according to the warrant, he “knowingly, willingly, and intentionally” provided alcoholic beverages and tobacco vape products for the use of consumption to a student who was under the age of 18 years old.
According to SLED, Wilson has been booked at the Aiken County Detention Center.
