Active stretch of weather ahead

Friday night update: It’s going to be a cloudy weekend with warmer temperatures in the low 70s. A stationary front will then bring rain on Sunday and Monday. A VIPIR 6 ALERT DAY has been issued for Monday afternoon and night due to the threat of severe weather. Potential hazards include isolated flooding, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes. We dry out on Tuesday with breezy conditions. Temperatures will be much cooler, with highs near 60 degrees. We continue the sunny stretch of weather through the end of the week before rain returns next weekend.
