At three thirty-three minutes past three in the morning, the McDuffie County Coroner’s Office was sent to Piedmont McDuffie Hospital in response to a request from a victim who had been shot. Unfortunately, the victim did not make it through her injuries and passed away because of them.
Otekqueonna Williams is her name, and she lives in Thomson. She is a resident of Thomas. She is age 21 at this point. Someone has been identified as the person who sustained injuries.
A postmortem examination of Williams is scheduled to take place later this week at the Crime Lab of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which is located in Atlanta.
