The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Richmond, Columbia and Aiken counties.
The watch is in effect through Monday night, according to the weather service. Two to 4 inches of rainfall is expected, with isolated higher amounts possible.
Scattered thunderstorms are likely Monday in advance of an approaching low pressure system and cold front, according to the weather service.
A lake wind advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Monday through 1 p.m. Tuesday.
