AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – A shooting investigation is underway in the city of Aiken.
Around 1:30 Wednesday morning, police were called out to the Quality Inn on Richland Avenue.
When they arrived, at least one person was suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital.
Two people were arrested in the case for other charges. The identity of the suspect in the shooting is still unknown.
