NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) – A North Augusta woman’s charges have been upgraded to Murder after she allegedly shook and squeezed her 1-month-old daughter, resulting in several broken ribs and other injuries.
Authorities say the incidents occurred between August 20th and October 15th caused malicious bodily harm to Charlotte.
Charlotte Fowler was pronounced dead at her home on Rita Court in North Augusta back on October 15th, 2023.
Her mother, Jordan Fowler, was arrested in December 2023 and initially charged with Neglect of a Child.
