AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A man has been booked into jail in connection with an armed robbery, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. The robbery happened Tuesday morning at the Sprint convenience store, 3444 Mike Padgett Highway, according to deputies. The convenience store is across the street from the south Augusta sheriff’s station.
