AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A plan to change garbage collection rates is moving forward, with the Augusta Commission set to vote on it at next week’s meeting. The proposal for a rate of $21.86 a month was forwarded to the full commission during a meeting of commission members at the committee level on Tuesday.
