Recall issued for tainted salmon sold in Georgia, South Carolina

ATLANTA, Ga. – Check your refrigerator’s supply of smoked fish. Foppen Seafood is recalling its Smoked Norwegian Salmon Slices because of possible listeria contamination. The recall affects the 8.1 oz. “toast sized” cuts sold at Kroger and Payless grocery stores in 15 states – including Georgia and South Carolina.
