AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Dangerous heat and humidity will only get worse as we head through weekend. A scattering of late day storms can be expected Saturday with a better chance of late day storms Sunday, as a cold front moves into the region that will cool us off just a bit to start the month of July. A low severe weather risk is possible with any storms that form the rest of the weekend, but any severe weather is expected to be very isolated in nature.
