AUGUSTA (WJBF) – The Richmond County Coroner’s Office responded to the 1800 block of Warren Street Tuesday morning in reference to a shooting death.
The call came in at 5:11 a.m. Upon arrival, a male was found with at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead on the scene at 6:00 a.m.
An autopsy will be scheduled. The victim’s ID will be released once next of kin notified.
