AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Coroner’s Office identified the victim of a shooting on East Chapman Street early Thursday morning. According to the Richmond Coroner Mark Bowen, Willie Lee Gonder, 41, of Augusta, was killed after a shooting around 12:52 a.m. on the 700 block of East Chapman Street.
