AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A 73-year-old died a little over two weeks after being shot on Gay Drive earlier this month, the Richmond County Coroner told us on Tuesday. The Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen says on Aug. 9 in the 1900 block of Gay Drive, Larry Drayton, was shot at least one time and transported to Wellstar/MCG by EMS.
