Wanted Augusta man, 20, arrested in connection to July apartment killing

A fourth suspect wanted in connection to the shooting death of a 19-year-old at an Augusta apartment complex in July was arrested Monday.

Marvin Hall, 20, of Augusta, is charged with malice murder, felony murder and possession of gun or knife during a crime, according to a news release from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Hall was taken into custody by the sheriff’s office and Southeastern United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force after being found in home on Bungalow Road, according to the release.

Elijah Oliver, 19, of Augusta, was shot at least once on July 20 and found in the The Pointe at Augusta apartment complex parking lot on Acapulco Drive, according to previous reporting.

Nasceir Damiano Tywan Mitchell, 18, of Augusta; Devin Anthony Garnett, 19; and, Terrell Miller, 16, of Augusta, were previously arrested in connection to Oliver’s death, The Chronicle reported. Mitchell, Garnett and Miller are charged with murder and possession of a gun during a crime.
