Eggs Up Grill is expanding in the greater Augusta area with four new locations, franchisee Clarissa Knotts told Business Debut. The South Carolina-based brand is known for serving delicious breakfast comfort foods like hash brown bowls, egg platters, pancakes and more.
The first location is set to open in November or early December at 1200 Town Park Ln, Evans, GA 30809. Knotts shared that her fiancé, Kevin Patrick, will serve as the general manager and will oversee operations for the restaurants.
Construction on the next location is expected to begin within eight months to a year, with the additional sites planned for Aiken, SC, North Augusta, SC, and Augusta, GA.
