Rep. Clyburn campaigns for Harris in Augusta, tours Helene damage

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – South Carolina Representative Jim Clyburn made a stop in Augusta on Wednesday.

Clyburn joined local leaders at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris. He talked about the vision for the Harris-Walz campaign to move the country forward.

“I do believe very strongly that if this election does not succeed in maintaining this democracy that’s kept this country together for so long, we could find ourselves reliving some history that all of us thought was behind us,” said Rep. Jim Clyburn, (D), South Carolina.
