AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – An Alabama man is currently being held at Charles B. Webster after being arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at a woman and threatening to kill her and her family at Falcon Crest Apartments off Wrightsboro Road early Monday morning, April 14.
61-year-old Wayne William Boyle, a resident of Huntsville, Alabama, according to warrants for his arrest, was booked in Charles B. Webster Detention Center Monday and charged with four felonies, including Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats and Acts, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Crime, and Possession of Cocaine, in connection to the incident.
According to warrants for Boyle’s arrest, around 1:25 a.m. Monday morning, Boyle pointed a black .357 Magnum Colt Trooper revolver at the victim in the case and, while holding the gun, allegedly said he would “kill her and her family.”…
