HEPHZIBAH, Ga. (WJBF) – A man has been arrested in connection to the fatal Peach Orchard Road crash that resulted in the death an 8-year-old on Monday.
Lee Earnest Jones, Jr., 49, was booked into Charles B. Webster Detention Center and charged with misdemeanor Homicide By Vehicle. The arrest report also lists a charge of Failure to Yield While Turning Left.
