AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – A Graniteville man died Sunday from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash that occurred April 18, according to the Aiken County Coroner’s Office.
Officials responded to Wellstar MCG Health on May 11 to investigate the death of 53-year-old Mark Carr who was pronounced deceased at 9:01 p.m.
According to coroner’s office, Carr was traveling east on Sudlow Lake Road near Mustang Drive on a 2011 Kawasaki motorcycle at approximately 12:50 a.m. on April 18. The statement from coroner says Carr reportedly “exited the right side of the road striking a mailbox, a ditch, then a concrete culvert before being ejected off the motorcycle.”…
