NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF)— A man is behind bars after an alleged “pepping tom” incident at a Planet Fitness in North Augusta.
It happened on May 28th, 2024 at the Planet Fitness on Knox Avenue. Police reports say the victim was undressing to use the tanning bed when she noticed a man glaring at her from the ceiling.
She quickly dressed and ran to tell the manager, who then called police. After reviewing surveillance video, law enforcement was able to identify the suspect as Alton Bernard Sapp of Augusta…
