Evans 16-year-old donates music therapy cart to Children’s Health Care of Atlanta

EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – An Evans 16-year-old donated a music therapy cart to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Taylor Brown was diagnosed with aplastic anemia, a rare blood disorder, and this week marks the fourth anniversary of her bone marrow transplant.

During treatment, Brown said music became a distraction and a source of healing.

brown was so inspired by the Music Therapy program at Children’s that her dad bought her a guitar of her own, and the rest is history…
