AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Drivers near Fort Gordon are dealing with traffic backups Tuesday morning.
Around 8:40 a.m., there was a traffic backup of more than a mile on Jimmie Dyess Parkway as cars waited to get through Gate 1. Traffic toward the post was at a near standstill between Gordon Highway and Belair Road.
