AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged a major alleged drug trafficker at a local hotel.
On Tuesday, the Narcotics Division arrested 45-year-old Roman Kelly at the Quality Inn on Gordon Highway. Kelly was reportedly found carrying approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine.
