AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The entire stretch of the Augusta Canal is finally open for kayaking, but the trail still remains closed between the Savannah Rapids Pavilion and the pumphouse.
We got an update from the Augusta Utilities Department on what phase they’re in and what’s next with getting our canal fully open again.
