AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man from Columbia, South Carolina for several alleged offenses.
Reports say David Drake broke into a woman’s home on Gloucester Road around 3:00 am on June 24th.
Drake allegedly used zip ties to tie the victim’s hands behind her back and then reportedly strangled her to the point where she almost lost consciousness…
